Who Uploads The Transaction Documents For An Investment?

The Recipient of Funds is responsible for uploading all of the documents associated with the transaction. As part of the investment process, the company is asked to represent that the deal documents are true and accurate, so please do not email them to us as we cannot upload them for you. 

Once the Recipient of Funds has uploaded the requisite documents, we will notify the investor for review and approval.
