What will happen to my old email?

The login for your old email will be disabled for security, and you will be unsubscribed from Alto email updates. You will continue to receive emails from Alto to your primary email address according to your preferences.

Can I consolidate my IRA with my spouses?

You cannot consolidate your IRA with your spouse. Each IRA is registered to the individual who opened it, and it cannot change owners as part of consolidation.

I was not able to consolidate my accounts - why?

No, support for multiple accounts is not available on the mobile app at this time. We plan to provide trading abilities for multiple IRAs in the future.

Your Coinbase wallets will remain unchanged and stay in their designated accounts. Consolidation will simply link all your accounts to the same email, allowing you to manage them together with a single login

How does consolidation affect my billing?

If you consolidate multiple standard Alto IRAs, you will be billed under a single subscription based on the total invested capital across all of your Standard Alto IRA accounts.

If you consolidate multiple crypto IRAs, your billing will not change, as we do not currently charge a subscription fee for Crypto IRAs.

If you consolidate both standard and crypto accounts, you will be billed a single subscription only for the invested capital in your standard (non-crypto) accounts.
