Upon an investor's approval of an investment on their Alto account, the issuer of the investment will be prompted via email to approve the investment via Final Review. This Final Review notifies Alto that the investment is ready to be funded.
Listed below are the 6 simple steps to complete Final Review. This process should take you less than 2 minutes to complete!
1. Click Provide Final Approval button in the email sent to you by Alto.
2. Log into your Issuer account.
3. Click the name of the offering the investor is investing in.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the offering details page to view the Investors section. Then, click Final Review next to the respective investor's name.
5. Review the investment amount to confirm it's correct and type your name exactly as it is written in quotations underneath the signature line. Then, click Execute/Transfer Funds.
6. You have successfully approved the investment to be funded! Alto will execute the subscription document on behalf of the IRA and fund the investment within 2 business days so long as the IRA is funded and 7 days old (IRS Rule).
