What changes are happening to the program?
The current program as it stands will be shut down and will return for Alto IRA users only. The rewards and eligibility for referrals will be enhanced and customers will be notified as soon as the new program is up and running! Investing with an Alto CryptoIRA®? Why are these changes being made?
We’re making improvements to the new referral program that we believe will enable our customers to more effectively invest for the long term in the alternative assets of their choosing.
What happens with my referral link?
Your link will remain in the same place and can be found in the same place on your dashboard, under the “Refer a friend” tab in the drop down menu in the top right corner of your dashboard. When the new program is live, your link will automatically update with the new changes.
What happens to my rewards that are still pending?
All rewards that you are eligible for by May 31, 2024 will be distributed in the next payout period. Any pending referrals under the current terms that open and fund their account after May 31, 2024 are not eligible to receive rewards.
